A decent job changes everything: finances, self-esteem, life plans. Our Training and Employment programme supports people at risk of social exclusion on their way into the labour market, with accredited training pathways, courses in life skills, communication and values, and psychosocial support that leaves no one behind halfway.
We believe in training that serves a purpose: practical content, teachers with real-world experience and individual monitoring of each participant, from the first session through to actually starting a job. Because training is not just teaching a trade; it is giving each person back their confidence in what they are capable of doing.
We work with companies and social organisations in Madrid to open real job placement opportunities, and we measure our results: people who complete the pathway, who find a job and who keep it.
